Description
A few evenings ago, as the sun set behind the mountains on the other side of the Suysquehanna River, I was struck by the beauty and contrast of the warm concrete structure, the Luzerne County courthouse, against the deepening blue sky, awash with many lights. Excellent Classical Revival architecture! I placed it off center to include our American flag waving in the light breeze beyond.
