Springtime blossoms are lovely near the concrete structure, on the grounds of the Luzerne County courthouse in Pennsylvania. Excellent Classical Revival architecture! You see part of a statue in the foreground, erected in 1988 on the lawn of the Luzerne County Courthouse. The Luzerne County Vietnam Veterans Memorial. never forget. It includes the names of six POWW's and 83 Vietnam veterans all from Luzerne County.

Wikipedia: Luzerne County Courthouse is a historic county courthouse located at Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. It was designed by noted architect Frederick John Osterling (1865 – 1934) and built between 1906 and 1909. It is a cruciform plan building in the Classical Revival style, with a central 53 feet in diameter central rotunda. Above the rotunda is a dome. It is built of Ohio sandstone, reinforced concrete, and terra cotta.[2]
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
