This is one of the many photographs of the city of Wilkes-Barre, PA, from the Susquehanna River. There’s enough greenery, to complement the man-made structures of the downtown which is nestled in the Wyoming Valley of NEPA (NorthEast Pennsylvania). You see the Luzerne County courthouse dome beyond the railroad bridge and River St bridge beyond. The coal industry helped this region, and now there are 2 university campuses downtown.
