Description
A cheerful, friendly punch of power and growth in these budding cherry tree flowers. There’s a clump of them dangling enticingly closeby, in line with another of the trees beyond, all standing in a row to greet the families and public when they venture out after a long winter in NE PA. Springtime bursts forth in joyful color and life! – This was shot late April in Kirby Park, on the Kingston side of the Susquehanna River, directly across from downtown Wilkes-Barre, PA. An oasis of enjoyment. The layering of pinks and textures gives an abstract impression at first, but then you see the detail in delicate petals.
